Artwork (up to 20 but not less than 10 images) must be submitted on digital format (CD) or slides. Artwork must be accompanied with title, medium, size and date. Digital format is preffered.
- The digital files must be in jpg format with a resolution of 300 dpi. Name the file the same as the artwork.
- Slides must be submitted in a standard slide sheet 11 x 9 in.
Artwork must be accompanied with the following. The information must be saved as a text file, not a document file, if the artwork is sent in digital format.
orks submitted without a self-addressed envelope will not be returned. Please do not use metered postage, since it is not accepted at the post office after the date of purchase - use stamps only. If you are sending a submission from outside of the United States please use American postage on your return envelope. You may purchase stamps online at www.stampsonline.com. You may also calculate the cost of mailing at www.usps.com.
Photographs, transparencies, and color copies may be submitted in addition to slides or CD, not in place of them. Do not send original artwork. We do not accept web or e-mail submissions.

The Director may request a visit to the artist studio.
The Director reviews all slide submissions personally. You will receive a reply in 3 to 5 weeks. Please do not call regarding the status of your slides before this time.
domogallery reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed and unsolicited materials.
We will not accept responsibility for incorrect addressing or postage of slide packets.
The Gallery is responsible for:
- Announcement and advertising for each exhibition via press and printing. A high-quality art postcard with one of your works will be printed for promotion purposes. A part of the edition (100 postcards) will be ceded to the artist for his/her personal use.
- Exhibitions. Each exhibition will run for 4-5 weeks (solo, or group exhibitions of up to 4 artists).
- Set up of a virtual catalog of each exhibition to be included in the Inventory Catalog to serve as unlimited reference book at our website and at the gallery.
- At least one reception per each exhibit will take place in the gallery for the purpose of sales promotion. The gallery will pay for all expenses for the reception.
- Insurance coverage for the artwork while at the gallery.
- Installing the show. Suggestions by the artist will be considered but the final presentation is solely the responsibility of the gallery.
The Artist is responsible for:
- Packing and shipping of their work to the gallery and back.
- Insurance of the work while in transit.
- Submission at least three 35 mm slides or 2.25”, 4x5, 8x10 transparencies to be used for the announcements. This material can be replaced by a digital image.
- Submission of any statement, review or documentation to be used for publicity.
- The gallery claims 50% commission on sales.
